The 48-400 features a fine ribbed skirt, and a stipple (matte) top. The stock resin is homopolymer propylene, which complies with FDA regulations for food contact. 

Reliable Caps stocks the 48-400 in white and black, but will work with you to provide color matches for your specific needs. We can also provide a variety of liner materials for your closure, including popular options such as Polyethylene Foam, Pressure Sensitive Sealing and Heat-Induction Foil Seals. The 48-400s can be lined using a friction fit method that does not require a hot melt adhesive, although one may be applied based on your specifications.
